Martin Bierman werkt al sinds het begin samen met Miss Beauty of the Netherlands. Zo werkt Miss Beauty of the Netherlands al vanaf het begin samen met zijn bedrijf Add Group voor licht podium en geluid. Hiernaast is Martin ook fotograaf bij Miss Beauty of the Netherlands. Martin heeft zijn studio Photofabrique in Groningen en is dan ook vaak te vinden in de noordelijke provincies.
